Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with any part of your order, you may return or exchange the unused product(s) within 30 days.  All returns will be charged a 5% restocking fee (excluding shipping and handling charges) and the difference will be issued back to the purchasing credit card or Pay Pal account.

If you would like to exchange your garment for a different size or design we will give you an exchange code for the full amount of the original purchase item (not including shipping) for you to re-order the new garment.  As soon a you ship the original garment back to us we will send out your new one.

Festival Sales are final. No exchanges or returns allowed.

Please check your email and verify your shipping address is correct on the invoice.  If it is not please contact us immediately with the correct shipping address.  There will be no refund if we receive an incorrect shipping address and the product(s) have already been shipped.

Shipping

We ship out as quickly as we can Monday-Friday.  Shipping rates are applied by state and region with handling charges included.  We ship USPS standard or priority shipping methods only.  Our typical shipping time is one day.

We are only a two man show and sometimes we need a vacation too! If you happen to order during one of these times, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as we get back.  

You will know if we are out of the office by emailing us at info@LovebianDesigns.com and you will get an "Out of the office" auto-responder with our return date.  

We usually are not on vacation though so don't worry! Order away!!
